To standardize communication regarding promotional codes and ensure controlled distribution to avoid mi-use.
1️⃣ Proactive Promo Sharing – Not Allowed
Daily promo codes and any ongoing promotional codes must NOT be shared proactively with customers.
Support agents must NOT offer or suggest promo codes unless specifically authorized.
If a customer reaches out requesting a promo code, agents must NOT provide one directly.
2️⃣ Customer Asking for Promo Code – Handling Guidelines
If a customer asks for a promo code:
✅ Agents must politely guide the customer to:
Open the Zed app daily
Check the in-app promotions section
Try their luck through available in-app discount features
Apply any visible coupon codes directly from the app
❌ Agents must NOT manually share general/daily promo codes.
